Warranty 

Your GP Call comes with a lifetime service warranty that covers re tunes for the life of the call.  Your GP Call comes with a 1-year warranty that covers manufactures defects, that includes defective in performance based on call construction, or natural occurring defects such as wood splitting, band slippage, etc.  Any call deemed by GP Call's staff to be damaged because of neglect or accidental damage, shall void said warranty. All GP Calls that meet manufacturer’s warranty can be replaced at no charge or refunded when accompanied by a sales receipt within the 1-year warranty time period.  Any repair made outside of GP Call's warranty or repairs not covered by said warranty are subject to charges for replacement parts and/or shipping costs. When returning your call please include a detailed description of the defect and $10 to cover shipping and handling back to you.
