Grit Nation™

The Grit Nation™ membership is an automatic reoccurring membership each year. You must notify us 30-days prior to cancel your membership. Member acknowledges there may be delays in shipment of product.

Warranty 

Your GP Call comes with a lifetime service warranty that covers re tunes for the life of the call.  Your GP Call comes with a 1-year warranty that covers manufactures defects, that includes defective in performance based on call construction, or natural occurring defects such as wood splitting, band slippage, etc.  Any call deemed by GP Call's staff to be damaged because of neglect or accidental damage, shall void said warranty. All GP Calls that meet manufacturer’s warranty can be replaced at no charge or refunded when accompanied by a sales receipt within the 1-year warranty time period.  Any repair made outside of GP Call's warranty or repairs not covered by said warranty are subject to charges for replacement parts and/or shipping costs. When returning your call please include a detailed description of the defect.

Returns

Ready made merchandise may be returned within 10 days for exchange, refund, or credit on your charge account in accordance with original payment method. Merchandise must be in new condition in manufacturer's packaging with all labels attached. Please include copy of sales receipt. Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned and exchanged merchandise. We suggest insuring your package and obtain a tracking number.
